Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Drywall Project Manager, located in Woodbridge, VA. The Drywall Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising drywall and interior construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include project scheduling, managing timelines, supervising expediting processes, conducting inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications. The role also requires maintaining efficient communication with contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expediting and strong knowledge of Expeditor responsibilities to ensure seamless workflow and project progress
- Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects
- Experience conducting Inspections to maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Skills in Logistics Management to oversee material movement and ensure on-site readiness
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
- Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and team members
- Familiarity with commercial drywall and interior construction processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is strongly preferred
