Description
- Execute multiple programs in accordance with contract requirements to meet cost, schedule, and performance objective.
- Develop and maintain program plans and schedules supporting contract execution
- Serve as primary interface between internal teams and external customers on all program related matters
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations
- Manage and control program budgets, including labor, materials, travel, and purchased services
- Deliver programs on schedule and within approved budgets
- Provide leadership to integrated project teams and promote effective communication and collaboration
- Maintain consistent customer communication throughout the program lifecycle and beyond
- Monitor customer activity and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure timely and compliant program closeout, including documentation and obligation fulfillment
- Identify opportunities for additional scope, program growth, and follow on business

Profile
A successful Program Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree, with preference for Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years of project or program management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated success in project reviews, scheduling, and cost control
- Familiarity with the full lifecycle of software and courseware development processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
