Job Description
- Lead and manage the Construction Quality Control (CQC) program for the project from start to finish
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan in accordance with contract requirements
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes
- Coordinate with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and inspectors to drive quality outcomes
- Review submittals, RFIs, and project documentation for quality and compliance
- Identify deficiencies, create corrective action plans, and verify resolution
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and quality excellence on site
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Construction Quality Control Manager or similar quality-focused role
- Strong background in commercial, civil, or government construction projects
- Thorough understanding of quality control systems, inspections, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively in unique, environmentally sensitive, or remote locations
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
