Description
- Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Provide accurate reporting and updates to stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Project Manager candidate should have
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on Large Industrial, federal, or commercial construction projects
- Strong track record of managing $50M construction projects
- Prior experience with defense contractors a HUGE PLUS!
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
