Client Details
This is one of New Jersey's most successful real estate developers, operating for over 40 years with a proven record of delivering major projects at scale. While others in the market are chasing funding, this group continues to win and execute-bringing in $500M in awarded work last year alone. With a unique model combining development, construction management, and strategic subcontracting, they are structured for speed, control, and execution.

Site Supervision: Be on-site daily overseeing all trades and scope of work for active projects in Central/North Jersey locations.
Project Management: Manage and coordinate site operations on high-end interior fitouts (e.g., $20M projects).

Quality Control: Work under and in tandem with a Senior Project Manager, while directly managing subcontractors, site crews, and day-to-day operations.
Safety Compliance: Monitor safety, schedule, and quality with a hands-on approach-this is a builder's builder role.
