Full Time, live-in Superintendent for a condominium building in the Fort Lee, NJ area.
Position offers a small one bedroom unit, utilities paid. no pets allowed.
Paid Vacation, holidays. On call 24/7 for emergencies.
Must have a black seal license, knowledge of boilers, sewage injection, electrical, plumbing, spackling & painting, snow removal and general superintendent experience. Must have your own vehicle. Oversee contractors and pool.
