Job Description
- Develop and adjust CMM and gauge inspection programs using CAD models and drawings for routine to moderately complex parts.
- Create intuitive operator prompts that streamline workflow and improve inspection efficiency.
- Validate inspection plans, run GRRs, and compare mechanical vs. automated inspection results.
- Provide hands‑on measurement support using precision tools for components requiring higher detail.
- Generate clear inspection reports with visuals and SPC insights to support process adjustments and engineering updates.
- Maintain and troubleshoot stylus systems, assist with fixturing needs, and participate in ongoing process‑improvement efforts.

A Successful CMM Programmer Should Have
