Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in the property and construction industry.
  • Maintain and grow an excellent book of existing business by fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive project success.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
