Job Description
- Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day onsite operations for ground-up multifamily developments.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
- Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress.
- Communicate effectively with Project Management, design teams, ownership, and subcontractors to resolve field issues as they arise.
- Maintain and update daily logs, reports, and site documentation using Procore or similar project management tools.
- Assist with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes.
- Enforce company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Support schedule development and updates in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years of onsite construction experience in ground-up projects.
- Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems in the field
- Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $140,000 per year.
- $7,500 sign on bonus
