Their in‑house development, design, and construction structure allows field leaders to have real influence and move projects efficiently from concept through delivery.
Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Oversee unit interior finishes from rough‑in through turnover
- Lead and manage the punch‑list process to project close‑out
- Coordinate subcontractors and field activities within assigned scopes
- Maintain quality control and ensure work aligns with drawings/specs
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel for documentation and tracking
- Communicate progress, issues, and milestones with the Lead Superintendent
- Navigate a complex, multi‑stakeholder project environment effectively

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Should Have
- 4 years of Assistant Superintendent or field experience
- Ground‑up multifamily project experience valued at $80M-$200M
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes and close‑out processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Must be commutable to Quincy, MA and comfortable being onsite full‑time
- Base salary: $100,000-$120,000
