Job Description

• Assisting the Superintendent in managing day‑to‑day onsite operations for ground‑up multifamily developments.
• Coordinating and overseeing subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Conducting daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress.
• Communicating with Project Management, design teams, ownership, and subcontractors to resolve field issues as they arise.
• Maintaining and updating daily logs, reports, and site documentation using Procore or similar project management tools.
• Assisting with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes.
• Enforcing company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Supporting schedule development and updates in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager.

The Successful Applicant

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (or other related field)
• 3 years of of onsite construction experience in ground-up projects (ideally multifamily)
• Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems in the field.
