Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent will:
- Support Superintendents with daily field operations on commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities to maintain project schedules.
- Assist with project safety, quality control, and compliance efforts.
- Monitor construction progress and help resolve field-related issues.
- Participate in site logistics planning and project coordination meetings.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of healthcare, life science, academic, and commercial projects.
- Work on ground-up and renovation projects typically valued up to $35M.
- Collaborate with project teams across multiple job sites throughout the Boston area.
