Job Description
The Superintendent - Healthcare Construction in Boston will:
- Lead daily field operations on healthcare construction projects from start to completion.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure project success.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe, compliant job site.
- Oversee project schedules, sequencing, and coordination of construction activities.
- Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams to resolve field issues.
- Coordinate logistics and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.
- Deliver renovation and ground-up projects while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.

A successful Superintendent - Healthcare should have:
- 5 years of experience working for a commercial General Contractor.
- Proven healthcare construction project experience.
- Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
- Ability to commute to project sites throughout the Boston area.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
