Description
- Support projects from estimating and inception through completion and close‑out
- Walk job sites with clients to scope work and define project requirements
- Build detailed, line‑item estimates using RS Means and/or Gordian
- Export estimates into contract and legal documentation
- Interface directly with clients and stakeholders on active projects
- Support a high volume of pre‑negotiated and JOC work
- Conduct frequent site visits while remaining primarily office‑based
- Assist with change order pricing, negotiation, and documentation
- Step in to take over projects mid‑stream and drive them to completion
Profile
- Experience supporting or managing construction projects cradle‑to‑grave
- Exposure to estimating, budgeting, and project close‑out activities
- Background in civil construction, commercial interiors, JOC, or general contracting
- Ability to manage multiple small‑to‑mid‑size projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environment
- Field‑based experience welcomed
