Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:
- Purchase order upload and system maintenance in RLM
- Upload and maintain final buy quantities in PLM/Centric
- Work through after-buy tasks including sending FGPO’s to the vendors, ordering hangtags, creating TOP sample charts
- Manage issues with hangtags, labels, ticketing with vendors and distribution centers
- Update delivery extensions and shipment tracking thru the seasons in RLM
- Assist with projects and reporting in a joint effort with product development
- Requesting, tracking, and receiving post market samples as well as coding invoices
- Help to manage the samples closet, including tracking and packing of units at season’s end
- Assist with care attributes instructions, including data gathering and uploading into PLM/Centric
- File WIP charts and seasonal tracking from vendors
- Request and Save ECO certifications from vendors
- System clean up at season’s end
You’ll Need to Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry
- Ability to multitask and have excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to carry and unpack boxes, move clothing racks and manage samples
- Knowledge of RLM, Centric, and Microstrategy a plus
- Must be able to follow deadlines and calendar dates
- Ability to work in NYC or NJ office 3-4 days a week.
