What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Manager, Content Creation position at Michael Kors?
Who You Are:
You are energetic, collaborative, have strong communication and are results driven. You will be responsible for creating low-fi, social-first content for a variety of platforms with a focus on agility, trend awareness, and storytelling. You will support the execution of brand campaigns, in-the moment social content, and evergreen storytelling across channels beyond Tik Tok.
What You’ll Do:
- Concept, shoot, and edit original content for Instagram, Threads, X, Facebook
- React to cultural trends with real-time creative
- Capture content at events, showrooms, retail locations, and on-the-go
- Partner with graphic designer for hybrid video/graphic content
- Work cross functionally to deliver requested low-fi content for specific initiatives and product pushes
- Keep a pulse on emerging social media platforms, technologies and trends in order to identify opportunities for social innovation
You’ll Need to Have:
- 3–5 years experience in social content production
- Must be fluent in Adobe Suite and video editing software
- Ability to work in NYC office 4 days a week

Salary : $55,000 - $85,000
