The Production Designers Collective is a community of production designers united by a commitment to mutual support, collaboration and growth. The mission of our non-profit organization is to provide practical training, workshops and conferences for production designers and production design students worldwide. We aims to mentor future generations of production designers, and promote inclusion through sharing knowledge and experience.

Our organization is officially based in New York City, but we welcome all international applicants.
Role Description
The Event Coordinator will assist in planning and coordination of events hosted by the Production Designers Collective. This is a remote, volunteer role. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for in-person and online events, liaising with members and collaborating with team members to put together the PDC’s event slate for 2026.
Qualifications
- PDC membership or strong interest in a production design career
- Communication and event planning skills
- Proficiency in Airtable and Google Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Graphic design skills preferred
- Bilingual preferred
