Full Job Description
Our company, a leader in the automotive industry and based in South Florida, is looking for a Tier 1 Software Support person to join
our team. Our ideal hire will help ensure our internal customers issues are being responded to in a timely manner. This position is
based on dealership sales hours, so evenings and Saturday work is required.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Be the first point of contact for internal customers to report issues.
● Respond to customers in a timely manner with solutions to their issues, or notification of escalation.
● Escalate issues to development or IT as appropriate.
● Continue communication with the customer as their issue progresses through the development pipeline.
● Collaborating with fellow designers, developers, and strategic planners to output amazing work in an agile environment.
Must have Requirements
● Basic understanding of web based software and systems.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Strong collaboration skills within a small team environment spanning teams that work on both development and business.
Desired Skills & Experience
● Experience with Kanban software (such as Trello or Jira) to track issues.
This is a full-time, hybrid in-house and remote position located in Miami Lakes, Florida.
