Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of automotive parts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts.
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and assist with parts inquiries.
- Maintain inventory and ensure parts are stocked and organized.
- Process orders and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve dealership goals.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience as a Parts Counter Person or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
