THE STARTING RATE: $15.85 per hour
The Day-to-day
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned tables and food and beverage stations, ensuring all equipment is clean and orderly.
- Remove dirty dishes and debris from tables, and supply tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
- Sweep and mop floors and empty garbage as needed.
- Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station and assist with proper stock rotation.
- Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom.
- Run food orders to guests as required by the department.
- 1 Years of Prior experience in fine dining as a Busser or Food Runner is preferred
- 1 Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant operations is preferred
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays due to Costa's Operational Hours which include: Fridays and Saturday: 3:30pm-11:30pm, Sundays and Mondays: 3:30pm-10:15ish pm
