What are the responsibilities and job description for the Global Security Center Operator - Corporate position at MGM Resorts International?
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Support the company’s Protective Risk Assessment program by collecting important information from company security teams, law enforcement, public sources, social media other sources to keep company leadership, including the Crisis Management Team, well-informed and to stay ahead of security threats
Create tailored crisis communications based on details from property security teams and other sources
Review security incident reports to find trends and call out important incidents for department leadership
Use strong critical thinking and good judgment to make recommendations and assessments for property and department leadership
Work with Corporate Security Officers, Corporate Investigators, and Senior Security Management on sensitive security matters when needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Two (2) years of relevant experience required
Strong research and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information to diverse audiences
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
