Pay Range
The pay range for this role is:
$62,600.00 - $83,500.00
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.

The Starting Salary
- $70,000 annual base
- Oversee daily beverage operations, scheduling, training, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Beverage Managers and staff while fostering engagement and accountability.
- Manage financial performance, including cost of goods, budgets, and profit & loss analysis, to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
- Create and implement efficient processes, bar programming, and inventory management strategies.
- Maintain compliance with state liquor laws, health codes, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience through quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Prior management experience preferred.
