What You’ll Do
- Manage Active Candidate Pool
- Organize and provide written, oral, and web-based training resources to help hiring managers complete the hiring process
- Provide written, oral, and web-based assistance to outside candidates during the application process
- Conduct phone screens and in-person Interviews to assist hiring managers in the selection of candidates
- Travel to and maintain a professional and eager representation of MFA at all career and hiring fairs
- Develop and maintain strong high school and college relationships; providing in-person presentations to students, faculty, and staff
- Recruit for and vet candidates for the Custom Applicator Training Programs

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, Agriculture, or related field
- Experience working in an Applicant Track System (preferred)
