As a Student Recruitment Specialist, you’ll represent the University of Missouri across Missouri and beyond—visiting high schools, attending college fairs, and connecting with students, families, and counselors. You’ll manage your own recruitment territory, build relationships, and share what makes Mizzou such a special place.
We’re looking for energetic, organized, and passionate professionals who are ready to hit the road, tell the Mizzou story, and make a real impact in students’ lives.

• Travel and recruit across your assigned territory
• Present to groups and meet one-on-one with prospective students
• Build relationships with students, families, and counselors
• Plan recruitment strategy and manage outreach using Slate CRM
