Responsibilities: This hybrid role serves customers in the Owensville, MO area while supporting agronomy, forage, and livestock business growth, day-to-day operational logistics, and financial tracking and budgeting support. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

What You’ll Do
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities across row crop agronomy, forage, and livestock feed/mineral
- Support sales goals through strong service, follow-up, and business development
- Partner with producers on Agronomy and livestock solutions
- Support product recommendations and service coordination across row crop, hay/pasture, and feed/mineral programs
- Assist with operational logistics, including coordinating applications, supporting inventory movement, delivering feed, and pulling NH3 tanks
- Support location operations during peak seasons and high demand periods
- Track expenses and support location financial reporting
- Assist with forecasting, budget planning, and monitoring operational performance

- Degree in agriculture, agribusiness, animal science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in ag sales, account management, operations, or location support
- Working knowledge of agronomy, forage, livestock feed/mineral, or agricultural operations preferred
- Ability to balance customer-facing responsibilities with operational and administrative support
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory and assist with location needs as required
- Ability to use computer systems for sales activities, financial tracking, and operational coordination
