Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our retailers in specified retail accounts, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach to sales, and an understanding of technology sales and market dynamics.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure account orders are placed in an accurate and timely manner
- Improve sales, distribution and merchandising of all company products in assigned area as well as brand building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and strategies that meet client needs.
- Identify new business development opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service enhancements, and other relevant information.
