**What Youll Do**

In this dynamic role, youll support the full recruitment and selection process for Boone County Joint Communications by:

• Updating and maintaining job applications
• Scheduling and coordinating testing, interviews, and selection appointments
• Assisting with applicant background investigations
• Supporting and coordinating recruiting events
• Assisting with social media outreach and public relations efforts
• Participating in public education and community engagement initiatives
  
  

You wont just fill positions, youll help build a team that answers critical calls when our community needs help most.

**Schedule and Status**

• Full-time, non-exempt
• Monday - Friday
• Primarily 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  
  

**Minimum Qualifications**

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• At least two (2) years of relevant clerical experience
• Typing speed of 35 wpm
• Valid Missouri drivers license
• Ability to obtain MULES certification within six (6) months
• Ability to meet FBI and MSHP CJIS Security policy requirements
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and national fingerprint background check
  
  

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Recruiting or human resources experience
• Public relations or communications experience
• Social media management experience
  
  

**Compensation**

• Starting Hourly Range:** $20.30 - $20.92
