What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Metro by T-Mobile (authorized dealer)?
Pay:
- Ranges from $12 to $16, depending on experience
- Commission paid on each sale of devices and accessories
Duties:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account management
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or technical sales
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
