Sales Hatch is partnering with a locally owned office technology provider headquartered in Marietta that sells, leases, and services printers and copiers for businesses around the Metro Atlanta area!
We are looking for a Sales Representative to take ownership of the Cartersville territory and drive new business growth.
This is a true outside sales, hunter role with full ownership of the sales cycle and strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business through daily outbound activity
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Build long-term relationships with local businesses
- Identify opportunities for equipment sales, leases, and service programs
- Partner with internal teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM
What the Role Looks Like
- High-activity environment with a strong focus on prospecting
- 40 outbound calls per day
- Full ownership of a defined territory
- Regular in-office sales meetings in Marietta (Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9 AM)
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a field-based, high-activity sales role
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Reliable transportation for client visits
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000–$65,000
- Uncapped commission (25% of profit after threshold)
- On-target earnings: $100,000
- Residual income on accounts you close
- $300/month gas allowance
- $150 bonus per unit sold
