Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product demos and explain features of various mobile devices and plans
- Handle POS transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs while achieving sales goals
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Demonstrate phone etiquette and professional communication skills at all times
- Educate customers on promotions, new products, and store offerings
- Support team members in supervising store operations when needed
Skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
