Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their mobile device needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, accessories, and service plans effectively
- Assist customers with selecting the right products by providing expert advice on specifications and compatibility
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is organized for optimal shopping flow
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote or in-store inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in an electronics environment
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
- Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are highly valued to connect with diverse customers
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with merchandising, stocking practices, and retail sales strategies
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
