Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their mobile device needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, accessories, and service plans effectively
• Assist customers with selecting the right products by providing expert advice on specifications and compatibility
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is organized for optimal shopping flow
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote or in-store inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in an electronics environment
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
• Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are highly valued to connect with diverse customers
• Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
• Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
• Familiarity with merchandising, stocking practices, and retail sales strategies
• Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly while maintaining professionalism and courtesy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.50 per hour
