About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Metro by T-Mobile, you’ll be the face of the brand — providing outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs, and helping them find the best wireless solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment where teamwork, communication, and energy drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up to date on new devices, promotions, and network features.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are clean and organized.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and company culture.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience

• 6 months to 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passionate about creating positive customer interactions while meeting goals.
• Competitive drive, confidence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and comfortable using technology and digital tools.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
