Pay: Hourly Commissions Monthly Bonus

Role Summary
Support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering great customer experiences, and running daily store operations.
Responsibilities
· Help achieve store sales goals and KPIs
· Coach and support sales associates
· Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues
· Track/ Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
· Maintain store presentation and brand standards
· Act as manager when needed
Qualifications
· 6 months–1 year retail or leadership experience
· Strong communication and coaching skills
· Ability to drive sales and motivate a team
· Adaptability to switch between products & execute business ideas
· High school diploma/GED required; degree preferred
