What You'll Do
- Greet every customer warmly and help them in English or Spanish.
- Lead with our best offers and promotions, then ask the right questions to show customers how more lines, devices, or accessories give them greater value.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Handle cash accurately. Count your drawer correctly at open and close, and keep it balanced every shift.
- Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and ready for customers all day.
- Track store supplies and let your manager know when they're running low, before they run out.
- Process transactions in the POS system and help with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow store policies, including loss prevention and customer privacy.
- Represent the brand professionally in how you speak, dress, and treat every customer.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store.
- Ability to work your scheduled shifts consistently and on time, including evenings and weekends.
- Follows through on tasks and asks for help as soon as something isn't right, so issues get fixed properly the first time.
- Coachable: welcomes feedback and puts it into action right away.
- Team player who communicates well and works smoothly with coworkers during overlapping shifts.
- Learns quickly, retains product and process knowledge, and adapts fast when promotions change each week.
- Strong basic math skills and accuracy with cash.
- Professional, respectful language with customers and coworkers at all times.
- Retail, wireless, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you.
