Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Wireless Sales Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in the wireless telecommunications sector. Duties

• Lead and motivate a retail team to achieve sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies focused on wireless products and services, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to maintain optimal product availability.
• Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a knowledgeable and customer-focused team.
• Manage daily store operations including cash handling, cashiering, POS transactions, and shift management.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to upsell wireless plans, devices, accessories, and service packages.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
• Supervise merchandising efforts to enhance product displays and marketing initiatives that attract customers.
• Monitor retail math including pricing strategies, sales data analysis, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping such as payroll and bookkeeping.
• Lead recruiting efforts to attract talented staff while fostering a positive work environment that encourages employee development.

Skills

• Proven management experience in retail sales or wireless telecommunications environments with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
• Experience in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and performance evaluation.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies including merchandising and promotional activities within a retail setting.
• Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately while managing store operations efficiently.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing inventory control, stock replenishment, and store scheduling.
