Retail Store Manager (URGENTLY REQUIRED)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals, key performance metrics, and profitability targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees to deliver outstanding results.
• Ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming, solution-focused experience aligned with Metro by T-Mobile’s standards.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory control, cash handling, POS management, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the Metro by T-Mobile brand.
• Track sales trends, customer feedback, and operational performance; report findings and recommend improvements.
• Handle customer and staff issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive store atmosphere.
• Promote local marketing initiatives to expand customer base and strengthen the store’s community presence.
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in wireless, electronics, or high-volume retail.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a track record of motivating staff and achieving results.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a passion for connecting with people.
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic business decisions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
