Metro by T-Mobile – East Dundee
We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Representative to join our team!
Location: Elgin Mall – East Dundee
️ Schedule, 5 days a week: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
⏰ 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Open to Close
Hourly Pay Commission
FLUENT SPANISH IS REQUIRED!
The majority of our customers are Spanish-speaking, so being able to communicate comfortably and confidently in Spanish is a must.
What You’ll Do:
• Welcome customers and provide an excellent customer experience
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right phones, plans, and services
• Sell new lines, upgrades, accessories, and other Metro products/services
• Explain promotions, plans, features, and pricing clearly to customers
• Help customers with account questions and basic troubleshooting
• Process sales, payments, activations, and account changes accurately
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
• Promote additional products and services to increase sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines
• Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Work as part of a team to achieve store goals
