About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Metro by T-Mobile, you’ll be the face of the brand — providing outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs, and helping them find the best wireless solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment where teamwork, communication, and energy drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up to date on new devices, promotions, and network features.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are clean and organized.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and company culture.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Passionate about creating positive customer interactions while meeting goals.
- Competitive drive, confidence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and comfortable using technology and digital tools.
Licenses and Certifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
