A growing real estate development and construction group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects in the Sun Valley area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and can lead projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day construction operations across several active projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure plans are executed smoothly.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost controls to keep projects on track.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to onsite teams while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience managing ground-up construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
