Business Systems Analyst

Overview

• Support the maintenance management and work order application systems in a back-end role.
• Work primarily with Maximo, Excel, and Oracle Field Service (OFS) to maintain and update data systems.
• Approximately 85% of the role will involve Maximo, Excel (manipulating Maximo data), and OFS, with the remaining 15% supporting other data systems.
• Work closely with Data Systems team members to support internal users.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and insert data in Maximo using the user interface and import/export tools.
• Support data management for preventive maintenance (PM), work orders (WO), job plans, operating procedures, assets, and locations.
• Analyze data, identify issues, and assist with developing solutions.
• Perform data manipulation and reporting using Excel.
• Support Oracle Field Service (OFS) and other data system activities.
• Work with internal stakeholders and follow direction from the Data Systems team.
• Assist with related application and database support as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant technical or business field, or 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance management or data systems preferred.
• 0–2 years of directly related experience.
• Knowledge of related applications and databases.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to perform in-depth data analysis.
• Demonstrated logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to collect accurate data, analyze problems, and develop solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
