Seeking to hire an innovative Project Manager to drive operational excellence for a leading global electronics manufacturer. This contract-to-hire position, located in Conway, AR, offers the opportunity to manage diverse, cross-functional projects spanning local and international operations while working with a dedicated team focused on enhancing operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will spearhead critical initiatives that bridge divisions and geographies, play an instrumental role in advancing operational capabilities, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years of Project Management experience in manufacturing operations, along with the following skills:
Adaptability & Leadership:
- Navigate ambiguous situations with confidence and adjust strategies in rapidly evolving business environments
- Inspire and direct cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex project challenges proactively
Communication & Organization:
- Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable communications
- Excel at task prioritization and consistently meet critical deadlines
- Demonstrate proven success in portfolio management or similar project-focused roles
Collaboration & Execution:
- Exhibit exceptional communication and teamwork abilities across all organizational levels
- Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards
- Show genuine enthusiasm for leading strategic initiatives and delivering outstanding results
- Must be willing to work onsite 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications & Technical Skills:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Experience with project management platforms (MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheet, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for collaborative work environments
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English (required)
- Additional language capabilities in Mandarin, Spanish, or Korean strongly preferred
