What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Office Assistant position at Messicks Equipment?
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our service team. Primary duties will include assisting service department customers and our service manager at our Abbottstown, PA location.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and promptly answer incoming calls & emails providing customer service.
- Promote Messick's service business
- Assist service manager with technician scheduling
- Call customers to keep them informed throughout the service experience
- Some administrative office duties
- Assist with scheduling of rentals and trucking for sales and service.
