Parts Specialist/Customer Support

Do you enjoy providing customer support in parts sales and have an interest in agriculture, construction, or lawn & garden equipment? If so—and if you have current or prior parts sales experience—we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a friendly, personable Parts Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Mount Joy, PA.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts needs at the counter or from your workstation via in-person interaction, phone, or email
• Provide timely and professional email support to customer inquiries
• Research part availability and pricing from various manufacturers
• Provide order follow-up support and help resolve parts-related questions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

• Proficient with computers and basic software applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused with a positive, helpful attitude
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
• Experience in agriculture or construction (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude (preferred)
• Prior parts specialist or customer support experience (preferred)
