Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts needs at the counter or from your workstation via in-person interaction, phone, or email
- Provide timely and professional email support to customer inquiries
- Research part availability and pricing from various manufacturers
- Provide order follow-up support and help resolve parts-related questions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proficient with computers and basic software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with a positive, helpful attitude
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Experience in agriculture or construction (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude (preferred)
- Prior parts specialist or customer support experience (preferred)
