About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate / Vice President to join the Capital Formation team, supporting fundraising efforts across the private wealth channel, including wirehouses, family offices, and HNWIs.
This individual will work closely with senior leadership to help shape and execute fundraising strategy. The role offers significant exposure and the opportunity to play a key part in scaling the firm’s presence within the private wealth segment.
Who You Are
- A highly motivated, “hunter” mentality with a strong desire to build a career in fundraising and sales
- Comfortable with prospecting, relationship building, and managing the full sales cycle through to close
- Some exposure to family offices, or RIA channels preferred (existing relationships beneficial but not essential)
- Background within an alternative asset manager, placement agent, or a related environment is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions, particularly around real estate-backed or credit strategies
- Commercially minded with an interest in owning and scaling distribution efforts
- Candidates with a strong product or investment background who are looking to move into a client-facing role will also be considered
