We are partnering with a leading global placement agent to expand their New York-based team, offering an exciting opportunity for a high-calibre individual to join their Private Capital Advisory platform.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of deal execution, where you will play a key part in building a best-in-class project management function. You will gain exposure to a broad range of transactions across private markets, including primaries, secondaries, and co-investments spanning private equity, private credit, and real assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for LP and GP communication throughout the fundraising lifecycle
• Coordinate and manage project timelines to ensure smooth deal execution
• Prepare high-quality marketing and fundraising materials
• Lead due diligence processes, including DDQs and RFPs
• Maintain and optimise CRM systems and investor data
• Support the development of best-practice project management processes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience at a placement agent/investment bank within Private Capital Advisory
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to operate in a fast-paced environment
