Responsibilities
- Financial modeling,

- Supporting refinancing, dispositions, and cross-functional collaboration with leasing and property management teams.
- Candidates should have prior experience within an institutional real estate environment, strong financial modeling and Excel skills with Argus experience preferred.
Qualifications
