Human Resources Manager

We are working with an SME in Florida who are looking for an experienced and detail‑driven HR Manager / HR Business Partner to join their People team and support their growing US operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, scaling environment and enjoys being hands‑on while partnering strategically with business leaders.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, and upholding US employment legislation. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws across the US
• Lead on employee relations matters, including investigations and escalation management.
• Advise senior leaders on performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Drive performance management processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Maintain, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll and reporting activities, including promotions, compensation changes, and job updates within TriNet.
• Prepare, analyse, and maintain regular HR KPI reporting.
• Manage HR systems, ensuring accurate tracking of timesheets, time‑off, and employee data for US staff.
• Provide leadership across HR operations, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Reduce organizational risk through proactive HR practices.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement process enhancements.
