Key responsibilities may include:
- Managing several audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, addressing expectations, and resolving technical or service-related matters efficiently
- Acting as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities for operational or financial improvements
- Coaching, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior team members, providing regular and constructive feedback
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider organisation to support business growth initiatives
- Working flexibly across client locations, office settings, or remote environments depending on engagement needs
- Participating in recruitment activities and professional networking opportunities

Candidate profile:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
- At least eight years of progressive experience within public accounting, ideally in a medium to large practice environment
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of auditing and financial reporting frameworks (such as US GAAP, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements)
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues and provide practical solutions
- Experience contributing to business development or expanding professional networks
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Interest in or experience with digital tools, automation, or data-driven audit approaches
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%)
